1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "jjjj88" refers to the jjjj88 online casino and sportsbook platform operated at jjjj88.net and its associated services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on jjjj88 or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held on the jjjj88 Platform.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the currency in which all jjjj88 transactions are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by jjjj88.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be turned over before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified per promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, or USDT TRC20 that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 7 of this Agreement.
• "Competent Authority" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or any other applicable regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the jjjj88 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jjjj88 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the Player fails to meet this requirement.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdictional Eligibility

The jjjj88 Platform is designed to serve players located in the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all local laws applicable to you. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your specific location before registering. jjjj88 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change. jjjj88 may require documentary proof of identity (such as a government-issued ID, passport, or Philippine driver's license) and proof of address at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) active jjjj88 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jjjj88 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any associated Bonus Funds. Real Money Balances will be returned to the verified account holder.

3 Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjjj88 username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jjjj88 will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as authorized by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact jjjj88 customer support via live chat immediately. jjjj88 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jjjj88 conducts identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. Players may be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued ID, a proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of the payment method used (such as a screenshot of the registered GCash or Maya account). Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.3 Account Currency

All jjjj88 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a Player deposits using USDT TRC20, the equivalent PHP value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit will be credited to the account. jjjj88 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjjj88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jjjj88's discretion with notice provided on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jjjj88 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to be credited. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon confirmation of the transaction on the TRON blockchain. jjjj88 does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, as part of jjjj88's AML controls. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within two (2) to four (4) hours subject to blockchain network conditions.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Player's account dashboard. VIP Players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as part of the jjjj88 VIP program. jjjj88 reserves the right to apply additional review processes for large withdrawals as part of its AML compliance obligations.

4.5 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. jjjj88 reserves the right to deduct an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month from the Real Money Balance of an inactive account. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction. To reactivate your account, simply log in to your jjjj88 account and contact customer support.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jjjj88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your jjjj88 account must be wagered the specified number of times before any resulting winnings or the Bonus Funds themselves become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the offer's specific terms. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate ₱20,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports bets may contribute varying amounts depending on the odds. Game-specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jjjj88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that mathematically eliminate risk ("arbing") to meet wagering requirements, and combining bonuses in ways not intended by the promotion. jjjj88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings where abuse is detected, and to close accounts involved in repeated or deliberate bonus abuse.

5.4 Promotion Expiry

All bonuses and promotional offers on jjjj88 have an expiry date. Bonus Funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. jjjj88 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on jjjj88 — whether on sports events (including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, UAAP, and international football), live casino games, slots, bingo, Dragon & Tiger, or sabong — are final once confirmed by the jjjj88 system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. jjjj88 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player.

6.2 Void Bets

jjjj88 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds or game results, technical malfunctions, event cancellations, or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types on jjjj88. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. jjjj88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including setting individual player limits where betting patterns indicate professional or syndicate activity.

6.4 Results and Disputes

The results of all games and sports events displayed on jjjj88 are final once confirmed. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game result, the Player must contact jjjj88 customer support via live chat within 72 hours of the relevant event. jjjj88's decision on disputed bets is final and binding, subject to the Player's right to escalate to the Competent Authority.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjjj88 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or the Competent Authority:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one account on jjjj88.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any jjjj88 game or system. Any winnings derived from a software error must be reported to jjjj88 support and are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, manipulation of sports events, or any form of irregular betting on jjjj88's sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or poker-style games.
• Using the jjjj88 Platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or facilitating the use of jjjj88 accounts by third parties.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after placing bets.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjjj88 Platform — including but not limited to the jjjj88 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of jjjj88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jjjj88 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jjjj88 content. Unauthorized use of jjjj88's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

jjjj88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, jjjj88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond jjjj88's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. jjjj88 is not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime.

9.2 Gambling Losses

You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that jjjj88 makes no representation or warranty that you will profit from your use of the Platform. jjjj88 is not liable for any gambling losses you incur as a result of your voluntary use of the Platform.

9.3 General Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jjjj88's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jjjj88 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

10 Privacy & Data

jjjj88 collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jjjj88 is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. jjjj88 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

jjjj88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. Gambling on jjjj88 is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

Players who wish to exclude themselves from jjjj88 may do so by contacting customer support via live chat or through the self-exclusion option in their account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, jjjj88 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform. 12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by jjjj88

jjjj88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, failed KYC verification, or where required by a Competent Authority or applicable law.

12.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for cause, jjjj88 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the account. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, net of any amounts owed to jjjj88, within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any investigation.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their jjjj88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method after KYC verification is complete. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jjjj88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, jjjj88 will provide notice to registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the jjjj88 Platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request voluntary account closure before the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through jjjj88's internal customer support escalation process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to the dispute resolution mechanisms of the Competent Authority.
